Ian Robertson is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in site reliability engineering and cloud operations. Currently, Ian serves as the Manager of Site Reliability Engineering at IQGeo, beginning in February 2023. Previous roles include Cloud Operations Engineer at Ping Identity and System Engineer at BryterCX. Ian's expertise includes managing large Hadoop clusters and providing support for over 1600 servers at Valdez International Corporation. A background in customer support at NICE Systems complements skills in IT support and network management from early career positions, including a significant tenure at Robertson Insurance Inc. Ian holds a degree from DeVry University and has also attended Casper College.
