Ashraful Alam Sourav has a comprehensive background in biomedical engineering. Ashraful Alam started their career as a Junior Biomedical Engineer at Phonex Healthcare BD Ltd. in 2014. Ashraful Alam then worked as a Sales Service Engineer at GSS Overseas Ltd. in 2015, followed by a position as a Senior Sales and Service Engineer at Alfatah International from 2016 to 2018.

In 2019, Ashraful joined Islami Bank Hospital Ltd. as the Maintenance Engineer, Incharge of the Maintenance Department. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining all medical and electrical equipment within the hospital. Ashraful Alam held this position until 2020 when they transitioned to United Hospital Ltd. as a Biomedical Engineer.

Currently, Ashraful is employed at Iqarus as a Biomedical Engineer. Ashraful Alam'sresponsibilities include generating reports for biomedical equipment, installation, maintenance and service repair, calibration of tools and test equipment, and providing technical training to users.

Throughout their career, Ashraful has gained extensive experience in biomedical engineering and has proven himself as a reliable and knowledgeable professional in the field.

Ashraful Alam Sourav completed a Diploma in Engineering in Electromedical Engineering from Mymensingh Polytechnic Institute, spanning from 2010 to 2014. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Dhaka International University from 2015 to 2019.
