Jenny Chang, MASC, MIPP, is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public health, nonprofit, and media communications. Currently serving as a Senior Health Communications Analyst and Project Manager at IQ Solutions since May 2021, Jenny develops communication strategies for government clients and oversees media relations and social media initiatives. Previous roles include General Manager at Fetch! Petcare, Senior Communications Manager at Easterseals DC MD VA, Director of Communications at IPMA-HR, and multiple positions within environmental and human rights organizations. Jenny holds a Master’s degree in Public Communications from American University and a Master’s degree in International Relations from The George Washington University, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from New York University.
