Wilson Pham

Mechanical Engineer at IQ Motion Control

Wilson Pham has worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Vertiq since 2020. In this role, they design motor modules and underactuated propulsion systems. Prior to this, they were a Graduate Student Researcher at Cornell University Space Systems Design Studio from 2019-2020, where they created a Simulink model simulating the rigid body dynamics of Cornell's Sprite chipsats and implemented a control algorithm enabling a CMG actuated rover to locomote in any direction. Wilson was also a Payload Subteam Member at Cornell Rocketry Team from 2015-2018, where they designed and manufactured a roll control subsystem and a prototype of the deployment mechanism for a rover. Additionally, they were an Engineering Intern at VideoRay LLC in 2018, where they designed and manufactured a test rig for endurance testing of underwater vehicle thrusters and created electronic schematics and manufactured the housing of power supplies of vehicle thrusters.

Wilson Pham attended Cornell University from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering in 2019, and a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering in 2019.
