Robert Eberhart is an Associate Professor of Management and Faculty Director of the Ahlers Center for International Business at the University of San Diego since August 2023. Eberhart serves on the editorial boards of the Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal and Organization Science. Previously, Eberhart held positions as a Visiting Scholar and Associate Director of Research on Entrepreneurship and Society at Stanford University, where a research initiative focused on entrepreneurship's impact on the world was directed. Eberhart worked as a Visiting Associate Professor at UCLA Anderson School of Management and as an Assistant Professor at Santa Clara University. Eberhart's research background includes roles at Stanford University, where significant studies on Japanese entrepreneurship were conducted. Prior entrepreneurial experience includes leading as CEO and founder of WineInStyle and serving as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Actium Ventures. Academic credentials include a PhD in Management Science from Stanford University, an MA in Economics from the University of Michigan, and a BA in Finance from Michigan State University.
