Jack Hazan has a diverse work experience history, primarily in executive and advisory roles. Jack began their career as a General Counsel at Nobody Beats The Wiz in 1991 and worked there until 1998. Jack then moved on to become a Senior Associate at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel, LLP from 2000 to 2006. Hazan then served as the General Counsel & VP at Azrak Capital Group LLC from 2006 to 2009.

In 2009, Hazan joined Hexagon Capital Advisors LLC as a Principal, specializing in restructuring and bankruptcy related situations until 2011. Jack also concurrently held the position of Principal at Streambank LLC from 2009 to the present, where they focus on the valuation and sale of intangible assets for businesses.

From 2011 to 2014, Hazan served as Executive Vice President at Hilco Streambank, an advisory firm specializing in the valuation and sale of intangible assets. Following that, they held the same role at IPv4.Global from 2014 to the present. Starting in 2016, Hazan became the Principal & EVP at Powerbilt Golf. Currently, they are with Hilco Digital Assets as a Principal & Advisory since 2022. Overall, Jack Hazan has a strong background in advising on intellectual property and assets for businesses at various stages.

Jack Hazan attended Yeshivah of Flatbush from 1978 to 1988 and received a High School Diploma. Jack then went on to study at NYU Stern School of Business from 1985 to 1988, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Finally, Jack Hazan attended Cardozo School of Law from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Law.
