Richard Maier is an experienced business leader with over 30 years in various senior roles across multiple industries. As the Founder of Synergy Innovation Inc. since 2014, Richard established a new solar market, generating multi-million dollar sales and participating in projects exceeding $60 million. In the role of Key Account Manager at IPTE since January 2018, Richard leverages extensive experience in business leadership and strategic planning to provide tailored solutions in the Electronic, Mechatronic, Automotive, Medical, and Pharmaceutical sectors. Previously, as President of Ridom Inc. from 1998 to 2013, Richard successfully generated over $750 million in sales, transforming a European client's North American operations from less than $2 million to more than $75 million in annual sales.
