Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional in the fields of nutrition, business management, and compliance. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has also served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Prior experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, work as a nutritionist in a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching university courses related to applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México.
