Dean Sharp MCMI, AIWFM is an experienced facilities and health and safety manager with a robust background in administrative management and operational leadership. Currently serving as Facilities Manager at Ipswich Town FC since May 2022, Dean previously held the role of Health and Safety Manager at Norwich City Football Club from September 2020 to May 2022. Prior experience includes Assistant Facilities Manager at AXA from April 2018 to September 2020, and Training Officer in HM Forces, overseeing training for 450 individuals from March 2016 to June 2018. Dean's extensive experience in the Government includes a role as Senior Manager from January 1993 to June 2018, focusing on administration management, security, discipline, project management, and accounts, as well as managing day-to-day operations with 100 personnel in HM Forces. Dean holds a high school degree from Old Borough Manor, completed in 1992.
