Jenny Fosker has extensive experience in ICT project management and business analysis, currently serving as a Project Manager at Ipswich Borough Council since October 2022. Prior to this role, Jenny worked as a Business Support Analyst at West Suffolk Council, where responsibilities included partnering with Operations and customer services departments. Jenny's career began as a Business Analyst for Forest Heath District Council and St Edmundsbury Borough Council, later progressing to an Information System Analyst at Ipswich Borough Council. Jenny's foundational experience in software engineering spans over a decade at BT, covering all aspects of the software engineering lifecycle and project management. Educationally, Jenny holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Liverpool.
