Mariola Mc Nulty is an experienced Energy Consultant at iPS Powerful People since August 2022, where responsibilities include client account management, active recruitment, crew planning oversight, and client support for training and logistics. Prior to this role, Mariola served as a Senior Crewing Officer at Misuga Kaiun Holland B.V. for nine years, managing manning agents and ensuring efficient crew change arrangements. Earlier experience includes working as a Project Management Assistant at Coastal & Marine Union - EUCC, and as an Office Manager at the Trade and Investment Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland. Mariola began a career in support roles as a Volunteer at ACCESS. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Crew Management from Lloyd's Maritime Academy and a Bachelor's degree in European Studies from Haagse Hogeschool.
