Elena Ionita has extensive experience in wage management and human resources. Currently serving as the Manager of the Wages Department at iPS Powerful People since November 2014, Elena previously held the position of Rsa Salary Officer. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Assistant at Alewijnse, where responsibilities involved employee training registration, project planning, travel arrangements, and client reporting. Earlier in the career, Elena worked at SC ENA GRUP SA as an Econoom/Administratie medewerker, focusing on salary calculations and participating in the annual accounting team. Elena holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from "Dunarea de Jos" University and various certifications, including a Praktijk Diploma in Loonadministratie and an ECDL diploma in Computer Science.
