Aaron Dowds is an experienced leader in the recruitment and technical manpower sectors, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of TealEnergi since October 2021. TealEnergi specializes in providing comprehensive project lifecycle recruitment, payroll, and contractor management support for major capital projects. As a Business Partner at iPS - Powerful People since 2021, Aaron Dowds also contributes expertise in the industry. Previously, Aaron held the position of Regional President at Competentia for seven years, where Aaron focused on international oil and gas recruitment. Prior roles include Regional Business Manager at Brunel, where Aaron helped launch sales operations for Europe and North Africa, and Recruitment Manager at Onstream Group. Aaron's career began as Civil Construction Manager at EMG Civil Engineering. Educational qualifications include a BSc. Honours in Civil Construction Management from Oxford Brookes University and a BTec. ONC in Civil Engineering from the University of Gloucestershire.
