David Kapar is an experienced professional in audience measurement and analytics, currently serving as the Chief Product Owner for Global Audience Measurement and Senior Vice President of Behavioral Data at Ipsos since September 2019. Prior to this role, David spent 15 years at comScore, Inc., where titles included Vice President of Cross Platform and Digital Video Analytics, Director of Analytics, and Manager of Custom Analytics. David's career also includes a position as Senior Project Manager at The NPD Group and as a Senior Data Analyst at PCData. David holds a degree from Virginia Tech, having attended from 1994 to 1998.
