Philippe Melin serves as Vice President and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance at Ipsen since October 2015. Additionally, Philippe Melin is a member of the Supervisory Board at Ahlström Invest B.V. since January 2021 and has held a board member position at Enics from April 2013 to April 2018. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Sanofi from September 2009 to September 2015, and as Executive Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at both Nomura (November 2008 - May 2009) and Lehman Brothers (January 1999 - November 2008). Philippe Melin obtained an education from ESSEC Business School between 1995 and 1998 and attended Ecole Sainte-Geneviève in the year prior.
