Alessandra Benevolo brings extensive experience in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as HR Director for Italy and HR Cluster Head for South Europe at Ipsen since January 2010, overseeing a significant turnover and employee base in multiple countries. Benevolo has been instrumental in driving HR efficiency, enhancing business partnerships, and leading corporate projects focused on health, diversity, and workplace excellence. Prior to Ipsen, Benevolo held various senior HR roles at Vodafone, managing trade union relations, employer branding, and regional HR operations, as well as establishing recruitment strategies that positioned Vodafone as a leading employer in its field. Early career experience includes auditing at Banca di Roma and strategic consulting for small and medium enterprises. Benevolo holds a degree in Economics from the University of Pavia.
