Simon Forder is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Vice President at IPS-Integrated Project Services, LLC since January 2020. Simon has a robust background in project delivery across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, specializing in technical consulting, engineering, project controls, and regulatory compliance for complex pharmaceutical facilities. Prior to IPS, Simon operated SEF Bio Consulting as Owner, CEO, and Principal Consultant, and held the position of President and CEO at Hyde Engineering + Consulting from 2008 to 2019, where leadership spanned multiple global offices. Additional leadership roles include serving as the Former President of the Bay Area Chapter of ISPE and various positions in process development and manufacturing at notable companies throughout the industry. Simon holds an MBA from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Fermentation Science from the University of California, Davis.
