Jim Stephanou serves as the Chief Executive Officer at IPS-Integrated Project Services, delivering comprehensive EPCMV solutions to the life science industry with a global team of 2,300 across 11 countries. In addition, Jim holds a board position at Origin Materials. Previously, during an eight-year tenure at Merck, responsibilities included overseeing capital project development for the Global Engineering Solutions group, managing projects with budgets from $5 million to $1 billion. Prior roles at Bayer included Vice President of Engineering and General Manager for the Americas, and Vice President of Global Asset Management, where Jim managed major engineering and operational initiatives across various sectors. Jim’s engineering career began at LyondellBasell and the Philadelphia Water Department. Jim earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University.
