Mohamed Shafik is an experienced professional in the field of sales and engineering, currently serving as the Sales and Application Manager for the Middle East at IPS-Intelligent Process Solutions GmbH since November 2014. Key responsibilities include achieving sales goals, negotiating, and building customer relationships while coaching and managing sales processes. Prior to this role, Mohamed worked at DEWA from November 2008 to November 2014 as an Engineer in Transmission Protection Setting, where responsibilities encompassed protection setting and design for various protection panels. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Shift Charge Engineer at Cairo Electricity Production Co from November 2001 to October 2008, focusing on operational tasks at the Cairo South Power Plant. Academically, Mohamed holds a Master’s degree in Wide Area Protection from Helwan University, attained in 2009, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Power and Machine, completed in 2001.
