Ahmed ABID is a Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in static simulations and compliance with ASME standards. Currently at Group-IPS since May 2022, Ahmed focuses on static simulation using Ansys and developing calculation notes adhering to ASME VIII Div 1. Previous roles include Mechanical Design Engineer at IET Industrial Engineering Technologies, where Ahmed contributed to piping and stress analysis, and Back Office Design Engineer at EZAR Co. Ltd., handling project documentation. Additionally, experience as a Coordinator at SOSEM involved cross-departmental coordination, while earlier work as a Technician Designer at SOCOMENIN included system design. Ahmed holds an Engineer's degree in Electromechanical Technology from the Polytechnic Institute of Advanced Sciences Sfax and a Bachelor of Technology from the Institute Supérieur de Gestion Industriel.
