Terry Mcpherson's work experience includes serving as the VP Technical Services at IPS Corporation starting in 2000. Before that, they were the Technical Service/QC Manager at Eslon Thermoplastics from 1978 to 2000.

Terry McPherson studied Business Management and Chemistry at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, earning a BBA degree from 1973 to 1974.
