Isabel Shirt Assoc CIPD has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at IPS Capital LLP since November 2022. Previously, Isabel held similar positions at Town Legal LLP and BCL Solicitors LLP, where responsibilities included providing comprehensive HR services to staff and partners. Isabel's earlier roles include Human Resources Manager at Blake Morgan LLP, managing HR advisory support, and leading HR operations at Piper Smith Watton LLP prior to its merger with Blake Morgan. Further experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at T G Baynes Solicitors and a Fraud Liaison Officer at NatWest Bank. Isabel holds CIPD qualifications and a degree in Employment Relations, Law & Practice, Human Resources Management from Bromley High School.
