Natalie Costa Gaydos currently serves as the SVP, Media Managing Director for Financial Services at iProspect, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this, Natalie was with Merkle as VP, Managing Director of Media, overseeing digital media strategies for Financial Services clients since March 2019, and previously held several roles at Merkle including Senior Director and Associate Search Director. Notable experience includes leading digital performance marketing initiatives at BRUNNERWORKS, managing SEM/PPC for a major B2B provider, and holding client services roles in ad operations. A graduate of Penn State University, Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication.
