Customer Services Manager at iPro

Chris Willey has had a varied career in the technology and healthcare sectors. Chris began their career in 2004 as a Helpdesk Technician at Floyd Medical Center. In 2006, they moved to Academic Book Services as a Programming Associate. That same year, they also joined iPro, Inc. as a Customer Services Manager, where they were responsible for directing and coordinating operations, overseeing project management, installation, training, technical support, and follow up aftercare for their customers. In 2022, they joined iPro Healthcare as Vice President of Client Services.

Chris Willey's education history includes graduating from the Army in 1991, 1994, 1995, and 1998, as well as obtaining two Associate's Degrees from Georgia Northwestern Technical College in 2001 and 2004, in the fields of Programming and Networking.
