Bob Bray has a long and varied work experience. Bob began their career in 1962 as an Attorney at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. In 1965, they became an Assistant City Solicitor at the City of Philadelphia. In 1989, they were appointed as Special Labor Counsel at the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. From 1998 to 2002, they worked as an Attorney at Stevens & Lee. From 2002 to present, they have worked as Executive VP & General Counsel at IPR International and IPR International, LLC.

Bob Bray received their Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Law from La Salle University between 1954 and 1958. Bob then attended Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and obtained their Juris Doctor degree in Law in 1962.
