Shokhrukh Babaev currently serves as the Head of Digital Banking at IPOTEKA-BANK since September 2023. Previous roles include Product Manager and Head of Business Solutions Development at Payme.uz, Product Manager at Uzum, and Director of the Corporate Service Department at Uzum Bank. Shokhrukh's experience also encompasses leadership positions at Bank Apelsin and Kapitalbank, focused on e-commerce, corporate client relationships, and operations. Shokhrukh holds a Master's degree in Applied Economics from Bergische Universität Wuppertal and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Tashkent Financial Institute, complemented by various online certifications from Google and IBM.
