Sarah Itsado has cultivated extensive experience in customer service and operational leadership since joining ipNX Nigeria Limited in September 2018, where roles have included Lead of Contact Center Operations - Retail, Training and Quality Assurance Officer, and team member at the Customer Advocacy Centre. Prior to this, Sarah Itsado worked at AIICO INSURANCE PLC from June 2017 to September 2018 as a Financial Advisor. The professional journey began as a Teacher at Green Water School from June 2016 to April 2017. Sarah Itsado holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Benin, obtained between 2011 and 2015.
