Lilith H. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lilith started their career as an Equity Research Analyst at Lupu investment in May 2020 and worked until August 2020. Lilith then joined China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd. as an Equity Research Analyst from December 2020 to April 2021. Following that, they worked as a Risk Analyst at KPMG from May 2021 to July 2021. In 2022, Lilith worked as a Course Assistant at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In 2023, they joined IPMD, Inc. as a Business Analyst and also worked as a Consultant at Bain Capital Credit from June 2023 to July 2023.

Lilith H. obtained a Master's degree in finance from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they earned two Bachelor's degrees from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, School of Information Sciences. From 2020 to 2022, they studied Statistics, and in the same time period, they also pursued a degree in Economics. Additionally, Lilith obtained a certification in "Creativity Toolkit I: Changing Perspectives" from Coursera in May 2023.
