Elmedina Gutaj is a Network Planning & Optimization Engineer at IPKO Telecommunications since 2014, specializing in radio network planning and dimensioning, along with detailed parameter planning for GPRS/EDGE systems. Previously, Elmedina held the position of Network Engineer at 3CIS J.S.C. from 2013 to 2014, focusing on transmission network design and analysis in support of AT&T's GSM and UMTS 3G infrastructure. Prior experience includes a telecommunications engineering internship at Post and Telecom of Kosovo and participation as a member of the Youth Assembly of Kosovo. Elmedina holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Prishtina.
