Arben Elshani possesses extensive experience in sales, management, and public relations, currently serving as a Key Account Executive at IPKO Telecommunications since January 2012, where responsibilities include establishing client contacts and managing portfolios. In addition, Arben has been actively involved as a Public Relations Volunteer at eBike Prishtina and holds long-term roles as Secretary, Instructor, and Coach at Klubi i Skitarisë NICI, focusing on enhancing skiing activities within the club. Arben's entrepreneurial background includes founding Amore Company, representing several international brands, and previously managing EBC Cosmetics and serving as Brand Manager for Clinique and Division Manager for Estée Lauder’s luxury cosmetics in Kosovo.
