Shen Hengbin has a strong background in software development and project leadership. Shen began their career in 2004 as a Developer at SuZhou LiHin Software Company, where they worked on various projects including a school management system and web-based SAP system. In 2005, they became a Project Leader at the ShangHai JieTong Software Company, overseeing project development until 2007. Shen then joined INTAGE Inc. as a Sr. Developer, where they designed and developed a web-based real-time tabulation and publishing service. In 2012, Shen joined iPipeline as a Lead Developer, responsible for implementing straight-through-processing solutions and providing technical support and team leadership. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong skills in system architecture design, coding, project planning, and client support.

From 2000 to 2004, Shen Hengbin studied Computer Science at Huaihai Institute of Technology in Jiangsu, China, and obtained a Bachelor's degree.
