Rudolf L. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at IPG Photonics since 2013, Rudolf has successfully reduced defective parts per million for printed circuit boards from 50,000 to under 500 and achieved significant cost savings through lean six sigma processes. Prior to this, Rudolf worked as a Senior Project Manager at Spire, overseeing the design and installation of automated manufacturing equipment, and held the position of Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Evergreen Solar, where Rudolf was instrumental in launching a cutting-edge solar panel factory. Rudolf's career also includes tenure at Intel as a Senior Project Manager, leading global teams in new product development. Rudolf holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Waterbury State Technical College and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
