Jennifer Amidio, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Manager of Internal Audit and HRBP II at IPG Photonics, a leader in fiber-optic laser technology, since February 2018. Jennifer's previous experience includes roles as an HR Generalist at Dell EMC, where responsibilities involved managing relationships for North America/Canada HR Business Partners, and positions in staffing and recruitment across various organizations, including Nightingale Nurses and Cross Country TravCorps. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Nichols College, earned between 1990 and 1994.
