Andrew Shilnikov is an accomplished software engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as Software Engineering Manager at IPG Photonics since June 2015, Andrew has previously held significant positions at Fallon Community Health Plan, including Manager of Web and System Integration Development and Principal Developer. Additional experience includes roles at Magenic Technologies, Plotnitech, Inc., Keane, and ATR, where Andrew contributed as a Senior Consultant and Software Developer. Andrew holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Riga Aviation University, earned between 1978 and 1983.
