Michelle (Carlson) McDonald currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Mediabrands Canada, a position held since December 2022. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Talent Consultant with Independent HR Consultant, where interim global responsibilities were fulfilled for Sick. org/Curogram, alongside various talent acquisition and strategic project clients such as eLeapPower and HarperCollins Canada. Michelle has held significant roles in talent acquisition at Real Matters Inc. and Capital Power, and has extensive recruitment experience with Oilers Entertainment Group and ATCO Electric.
