Alistair Higgins is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in infrastructure finance and advisory. Currently serving as Head of Infrastructure Finance for the UK at ING since April 2023, Alistair has been with ING Bank since June 2008, holding the position of Managing Director for Infrastructure Finance & Advisory. Additionally, Alistair is the Financial Director and non-executive board member at the Infrastructure and Projects Authority (IPFA) since December 2016. Previous roles include Vice President at XL Capital Assurance from October 2005 to June 2008 and Associate at CIBC World Markets from September 2001 to October 2005. Alistair holds an MEng degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Manchester.
