Ben Rheault has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology and management. Ben started their career as an IT Helpdesk and Support Specialist at Dominion Voting Systems in 2009 and later transitioned to the role of an IT System Administrator. In 2017, Ben joined the Housing Services Corporation as an IT Manager, where they handled various technology requirements for the organization and ensured compliance with legal and insurance standards. Currently, Ben is working at the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario as a Senior Information and Information Technology Lead. Ben is responsible for overseeing infrastructure technology services and leading a team in implementing strategies and delivering IT solutions.

Ben Rheault received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Dalhousie University, where they studied from 2001 to 2004. In addition, they obtained a certification in NTSP Storage Management from Nimble Storage in June 2014.
