Joseph Kelly is an experienced project management professional currently serving as the Director of Project Management at IPC Global since November 2017, where responsibilities include leading technical project managers in application development, AWS deployment, and managed services using agile methodologies. Prior to IPC Global, Joseph held various roles at Playworks from August 2005 to November 2017, including Program Director, where oversight of program operations, fiscal management, and staff recruitment were key duties. Joseph also successfully managed multi-year AmeriCorps grant implementation and expanded Playworks programs into new markets, significantly increasing partner commitments. Joseph holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Communications from the University of Scranton.
