Petronella Ntambo Sebele leads Ipas’s work in Zambia, South Africa, and Malawi. She has more than 20 years of experience working in the development sector in East and Southern Africa, with extensive experience in advocacy for the promotion of child rights. Prior to joining Ipas, she worked in several capacities with Save the Children Sweden, including as Country Manager of Zambia programs and as a head of programs for adolescent sexual and reproductive health and rights programs in East and Southern Africa. Most recently, she served as Save the Children South Africa’s director of programs for South Africa. She has a master’s degree in public health and a bachelor of arts degree in psychology, both from the University of Zambia.
