Michelle Fidelia currently holds the title of Ms. Black North Carolina 2024 and serves as a Senior Project Manager at iParametrics, LLC, where responsibilities include coordinating local government projects related to the COVID-19 pandemic and overseeing case management teams. Michelle is also the Founder and Executive Director of Sisters United Inc, an organization dedicated to supporting single mothers. Prior experience includes roles at Lenovo as an Ambassador creating content and engaging with the community, as well as project management and case management positions in various organizations, where skills in team leadership, project compliance, and client support were developed. Michelle holds Bachelor's degrees in International Studies and French Studies from North Carolina State University, along with a Bachelor's degree in French Language and Literature from Université Côte d'Azur.
