Heather Gibbs is an experienced professional with a diverse background in training coordination, investigative research, and program planning. Currently serving as a Training Coordinator at iParametrics, LLC since July 2019, Heather designs and maintains online learning programs and manages two learning management systems. Concurrently, Heather functions as a Cold Case Specialist with the Vermont State Police since May 2018, focusing on unresolved homicide cases and evidence audits. Previous roles include Research Associate at The National Center for Campus Public Safety, Traffic Safety Analyst and Homeland Security Program Planner with the Vermont State Police, and various positions in administrative support and project coordination. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Wheaton College, alongside additional studies at Williams-Mystic and the University of Galway.
