Laura Dodds has a comprehensive background in occupational rehabilitation, currently serving as Area Manager at IPAR since February 2014, where responsibilities have included leading teams and managing branches to support the expansion of services across multiple sectors. With expertise in return to work programs, vocational rehabilitation, injury prevention, ergonomics, and workplace design, Laura has facilitated quality service delivery to government, non-government, and private organizations. Prior to IPAR, Laura held roles at Inline Fitness Club and Four Seasons Organics, and gained valuable experience as a Disability Support Worker at Montrose Access. Laura Dodds earned a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from The University of Queensland between 2010 and 2013.
