Brian Sizemore has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and cybersecurity. Brian started their career in 2015 as a Systems Engineering Intern at ListHub, where they worked on identifying and solving problems within the company's internal infrastructure. In 2016, Brian interned as an Embedded Systems Intern at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they were involved in a security research project.
In 2017, Brian continued their internship at Booz Allen Hamilton, this time as a Cyber Security Intern. Brian then joined West Virginia University as a Systems Technician in the department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. During this time, they refined their communication skills and also served as the President of CyberWVU, a cybersecurity and computer forensics student organization.
Brian joined AutoiPacket in 2017 as part of the Software Development and Operations team. Here, they played a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure and applications. Brian utilized Kubernetes to build a task scheduler and optimized data ingress functions. Brian also worked on integrating third-party systems.
In 2018, Brian joined Praetorian as a Senior Security Engineer, providing expertise in cybersecurity. Brian then worked as a Security Engineer at Nuro from 2021 to 2022, focusing on security protocols and measures. Currently, Brian holds the position of DevOps Team Lead at iPacket, where they oversee the team's operations.
Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated a strong passion for cybersecurity and technology. Brian has gained valuable experience through internships, leadership positions, and professional roles, making him a well-rounded and experienced professional in their field.
