Nicola Hardy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, capability design, and member engagement. Currently serving as the Director of Capability Design and Member Engagement at IPAA NSW, Nicola leads the design of the organization's learning and event programs to enhance NSW public sector capabilities. Prior to this, Nicola held various significant roles, including Learning and Development Manager at the NSW Department of Education and National Enablement Lead at nbn® Australia. Additional experience includes Senior Advisor at the NSW Department of Customer Service and running a boutique IT consulting business, Net Mentor. Nicola's educational background includes various certifications in human resources management, communication, change management, and adult education.
