Billy Chen has worked for a variety of companies since 2005. Billy began their career as a Co-Founder and Managing Partner for ImportLA, Inc. / Nexus Brands Group. In 2015, they became Co-Founder, Board Member, and Managing Partner for Pokeworks, as well as Co-Founder and Board Member for IP Shark. In 2016, they became Co-Founder and Managing Partner for Nexus Brands Group, and Managing Partner for Kingpin Tattoo Supply. In 2017, they became Managing Partner for Critical Supply. In 2018, they became Executive for Barber DTS and Ryan's Pet Supplies, and Co-Founder and Advisor for Gameday HR.

Billy Chen earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from UC Irvine between 1996 and 2001.
