Andrew Eschbacher has over 10 years of work experience. From 2000 to 2009, they worked as a Master Instructor at Champion Martial Arts, where they taught martial arts to students of all ages. From 2009 to 2018, they worked at AT&T in various roles, including Regional Sales Manager, Account Executive S3, Employee Sponsorship Manager - Marketing, Account Manager S2, Account Executive, and Account Executive - BSLDP Program. In 2018, they began working at IP Shark as an Account Director.

Andrew Eschbacher attended Lindenwood University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
