Justin Jeffery has a wealth of professional experience in the technology sector. Justin began their career in 2010 as an IT Professional Apprentice at Sherwin Williams and a Technology Summer Intern, ETL Perl Developer at JPMorgan Chase. In 2011, they held two internships, one as a Technology Summer Intern, Global Level II Help Desk Technician at JPMorgan Chase and another as an Intern at TravelCenters of America. From 2012 to 2017, Justin worked as a RF System Performance Engineer III at Verizon Wireless, a Network Systems Engineer II at Verizon Wireless, and a Network Engineer III at Spectrum (formerly Time Warner Cable). In 2016, they also served as an Adjunct Instructor at Ohio Business College-Sheffield. Since 2018, Justin has been employed as a Distributed Performance Engineer at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they architected a Python capacity reporting application using device routing and OSPF tables. In 2021, they began working as a Solutions Architect at IP Fabric.

Justin Jeffery obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Information Systems from The University of Akron between 2008 and 2012. Justin then went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Network & Communications Management & Services from Stevens Institute of Technology between 2013 and 2019. In addition, they have obtained certifications from Microsoft, Infoblox, CompTIA, Auvik Networks Inc., and Cisco, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (2021), DDI Professional Accreditation (2021), A+ (2010), Network+ (2010), Auvik Certified Professional (2021), CCNA Routing and Switching (2010), CCNA Security (2011), and CompTIA Security+ (2016).
