Mick Debenham possesses extensive experience in financial systems management and quality improvement, currently serving as the Director of Financial Systems Management at IP Australia since December 2010. Throughout a diverse career at IP Australia, roles have included Acting Assistant General Manager of the Business Services Office, Director of Quality System and Security, and IP Rights Quality Review Manager, among others. Previous experience includes a tenure at the Department of Immigration and Citizenship from January 2008 to December 2010, where responsibilities included Acting Director of User Centred Design and Change Agent. Mick Debenham began professional experience as Assistant Director of BPM at IP Australia in 2006. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of Canberra, complemented by foundational education at St Edmunds College, Canberra.
