Niki Litzel possesses extensive experience in business engagement and development within various organizations. Currently serving as a Business Engagement Consultant at IowaWORKS and a Business Marketing Specialist at Iowa Workforce Development since February 2021, Niki has previously held significant roles such as Director Of Development at the Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa and Grout Museum District, as well as Community Resources Coordinator at The Salvation Army. With a foundational background as Development Manager at Northeast Iowa Food Bank and Media Director at ME&V, Niki's career spans over two decades, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Iowa State University.
