Conley Messerly currently serves as an Event Manager for the Iowa State University Athletics Department, responsible for independently planning, coordinating, and implementing small to midsize sporting events since March 2023. Previous experience includes a role as Graduate Assistant in Athletic Administration at Upper Iowa University, where responsibilities encompassed planning and executing athletics programs, gameday operations, and facility management. Conley also held positions as an Admissions Representative at Iowa Central Community College, Operations Intern with the American Junior Golf Association, and Game Operations/Event Management Intern at Iowa State University Athletics Department. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Sports Administration from Upper Iowa University and an Associate of Arts in Recreation and Activities Management from Iowa Central Community College.
